I see. It might be both? The style itself is a bit anatomically incorrect since her body is so skinny and elongated, which was just what I was going for (I honestly try not to ever use the excuse "It's just my style!" sorry ahah).
As for the androgyny, I never really pictured Annabeth with a particularly womanly body. To me it makes sense for her to have a high metabolism and extreme tone, making her look somewhat like a muscular boy?
